Sarah popped in town for a quick stress relief massage before the chiropractor, as she has finished her Texas Internship and is heading back to college for her Senior year.

We miss her barista skills at the tea bar.

So glad she has learned to take care of her body when it gives her clues.

If you're looking for something inspiring to do while Flourish is closed for our short summer break, I have a recommendation.

The Commonwealth School of Holistic Herbalism is wrapping up its Summer Sale, with 20% off all of their courses for a limited time. Whether you're just getting started with free classes and mini courses or you're ready to dive into a full herbal immersion program, they offer education for every stage of the journey.

I've learned so much through Commonwealth over the years, and I can wholeheartedly recommend their teaching style. If herbalism has been calling your name, this is a wonderful time to begin.

Happy learning, and I'll see you back at Flourish next week!

One bottle, countless ways to use it. 💜 Lavender Hydrosol is a gentle botanical mist that cools, refreshes, and lightly hydrates from head to toe. Use it as a facial toner, after shaving or waxing, on sun-kissed skin, for baby’s delicate skin, or as a calming linen and pillow spray.

Keep it in the refrigerator for an extra-refreshing mist after workouts, gardening, or long summer days outdoors. 🌿

Available in-store and online at Flourish. ➡ https://flourish-herbals.com/products/lavender-hydrosol
