Her approach to massage is both therapeutic and restorative, with a special interest in myofascial release and individualized bodywork. Her training also includes Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Hot Stones, and stretching techniques.
