That rule never applied here and it still doesn't. Gel with TPO is legal to sell and use in the United States, and anyone telling your clients otherwise is repeating a headline they didn't finish reading. What did cross the Atlantic is the question, and we are getting it at the counter now: clients turn the bottle over and ask what's in it.
