π¨ Stop using the same needle on every lip blush.
The wrong needle can mean:
β Patchy color
β Excessive trauma on already-sensitive lip tissue
β Muddy, uneven healed pigment
β Poor color correction on pigmented lips
Here's a simple guide:
ππ½0.18mm 1RL
β’ Ultra-fine delivery
β’ Best for: Thin lips, first-time lip blush clients, or anyone wanting the softest, most natural wash of color
β’ Saturation: βββββ (Light)
β’ Beautiful for a subtle "your lips but better" finish, but less forgiving on pigmented lips.
ππ½0.25mm 1RL
β’ Stronger pigment delivery
β’ Best for: Normal lip tissue, healthy color, clients wanting a soft-to-medium finish
β’ Saturation: βββββ (Medium)
β’ The sweet spot between control and pigment implantation.
ππ½ 0.30mm 1RL
β’ My go to for most lip blush clients.
β’ Best for: Naturally pigmented or darker lips needing color correction, or clients wanting a bolder healed result
β’ Saturation: βββββ (Medium-High)
β’ Helps neutralize and build coverage without overworking the tissue.
ππ½0.40mm 1RL
β’ Maximum pigment delivery
β’ Best for: Very pigmented, mature, or smoker's lips needing heavy color correction
β’ Saturation: βββββ (High)
β’ Delivers the most coverage, but demands a controlled hand, lip tissue heals lighter than it looks fresh.
π‘ Remember: Bigger isn't always better.
The goal isn't maximum saturation, it's the right amount of pigment for that client's lip tone and correction needs. The best artists adjust needle choice based on natural lip pigmentation, tissue thickness, healing history, and the finish they're going for.
β¨ The right needle + the right technique + right color = beautiful, natural healed lip color.
π Which needle size do you reach for most on lip blush?

Microblading vs. Nano Brows: let's clear this up once and for all π§΅
Everyone's out here debating which technique is "better." Wrong question.
The technique isn't what makes or breaks your brows. The ARTIST is.
πΉ Microblading = manual tool, hair-stroke effect, great for fuller/textured brows
πΉ Nano Brows = machine, ultra-fine needle, hair-stroke effect, great for precision + longevity
Both can look incredible. Both can look awful. It all comes down to who's holding the tool, how they were trained, and whether they actually understand skin, brow mapping, and pigment theory.
So before you book anything, ask your artist:
β¨ How long have you been doing this technique specifically?
β¨ Can I see healed results, not just fresh photos?
β¨ What's your training background?
You deserve brows that heal beautifully, not a Pinterest fail.
No gatekeeping here, that's literally why I teach. DM me BROWS if you want to do this the right way. π€

Not everyone needs permanent makeup... but if you relate to these 3 signs, you probably will LOVE it. π€
πYou're tired of filling in your brows every single morning.
πYou want to look put together from the moment you wake up.
πYou love low-maintenance beauty but still want to look polished every day.
Permanent makeup isn't about having bold brows. It's about waking up feeling confident, saving time, and having brows that complement your unique features, even at the gym, on vacation, or makeup-free.
The best permanent makeup doesn't look like permanent makeup. It just looks like naturally beautiful brows.
Thousands of women have already made the switch... and their only regret is not doing it sooner.

My client had one request: βI donβt wear makeup, I just want to look like myself but better.β
Nano Brows are the only answer. By creating ultra-fine, crisp hair strokes that mimic her natural growth, we gave her face the structure it was missing. The result? An instant, refreshed glow!
βYour face is your most permanent investment. When it comes to your brows, experience is everything. With nearly a decade of mastery in this craft, I focus on facial symmetry and long-term skin health.
