I am Gracelyn "Gracie" Knutsen, a Zumba Instructor since October 2013. Fell in love with Zumba and everything about it...now, I can share my experiences and passion. And taught by one of the best Zumba Instructors of all time, Eliza Stone. The Zumba program is the most effective, innovative, and exhilarating workout designed for everyone. It's different!The music, the steps, the moves, the class, the energy is nothing compares...to a Zumba Fitness-Party! The program's basic steps formula makes it easy for everyone at any fitness level, age, and background. It's effective! The Zumba program is a cardio-based workout with components of resistance/sculpting training to tone the entire body. The Zumba Fitness-Party is, indeed, great for the mind, body and soul. Just follow my lead and let's have some fun! So let's get our Zumba on! And stayfit, eat clean, be healthy! I will share some ideas and goodies along the way!
