Itโs quite common for people to feel strong emotions when a life event happens that throws them off kilter.

โฆWill I ever feel in control of my emotions?

Regardless of what you see on social mediaโฆ people [flashy new houses, living a perfect life, looking a certain way, making a certain type of income] the truth isโฆ
We all have moments of anxiousness and overwhelm.
In fact, I often receive questions about just this.

And I get it.
I used to suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. I used be be overrun by feelings of rejection and the anxiousness it brought to my life.
As a matter of fact one time, a panic attack came on at my former place of work, out of nowhere (or so I thought). Increased heart rate, rapid breathing, limbs unable to move. I completely froze. This went on for several months.
โ
Then I discovered different ways to regulate my nervous system. It was how I started to heal the story that I was telling myself.
And what I learned was that:
๐ฆ You can learn to control your anxiousness and overwhelm (once you befriend the underlying emotion).
๐ฆ You donโt have to avoid certain emotions because you fear having them.
๐ฆ You can create calm and joy in your life even during difficult times, even when you feel abandoned and rejected.
๐ฆ You can take action and not feel like you need to fight, flee or freeze.
๐ฆ You can create change to feel Confident & Empowered to live your best life.
Since having this personal breakthrough myself itโs become my mission to help others have their own transformational experience.

What would it feel like to be able to handle anything that came your way?
What would it feel like to be able to manage your anxiety and emotional triggers without going into a panic attack or wild mood swings?
I am a strong believer that you can't heal your mind or emotions without including the body...where these emotions are stuck in your nervous system. Causing nervous system dysregulation...a feedback loop keeping you stuck.
While there are many wonderful modalities out there, they often miss the mark when it comes to healing the whole body.
When we try to only think our way through and out of situations, we just keep the nervous system revved on high...it can't fully go back to a rest state.
I have learned myself and then shared with my clients, how to manage these emotions so that they get out of their stuck patterns and move into the next level of their lives while creating more peace, calm and joy.
They have done this by learning self-regulating/self-healing techniques that bring the nervous system back into regulation allowing them to handle any emotion that comes their way.
