Did you know that EZ Steam Club in Gardner has been a steambath for over 103 years?!?! Formally known at the Chair City Steambath, it’s the oldest and longest running steambath around.

We have four private steam rooms and a Himalayan Salt room. All our steam rooms are totally private and include a shower and wood benches for you to relax on. There’s a hot radiator that you ladle water over to create steam. We provide towels, face cloths, essential oils, body wash, sauna wraps, spray deodorants, lotion, qtips, tissues, brand new combs and makeup remover packets. Reservations can be made for 30 or 60 minutes. Three of our steam rooms can accommodate about 5 people and one steam room is perfect for one person or a couple.

It’s very important to arrive for your appointment hydrated. We also recommend that you don’t eat a large meal before steaming. Our steam rooms and dressing rooms are disinfected and scrubbed clean after every customer. We take pride in the cleanliness of our establishment.

My husband John and I have poured our heart and soul into restoring this traditional Finnish steambath back to its glory days. We’ve owned it for about 5 years but have been patrons for over 16 years.

Hey everyone! John and I want to sincerely thank the Gardner and surrounding Communities for the incredible support you’ve all given us throughout this journey. Our success is because of all of you.

Our goal has always been to bring back this historic steambath to give it back to the community. We’ve poured our heart and soul into it.,
Doing a lot of the work ourselves. There’s been lots of blood, sweat and tears along the way. The Steambath is such a big part of our lives, and we have enjoyed seeing the happiness it brings to every person who visits us. We have met the most gracious and kind people and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. We want to see the steambath grow into something even better., and continue to bring happiness to all of you.

You’re probably wondering why we are writing all this. We’ve made the difficult decision to sell the Steambath. With your amazing support these four years we’ve surpassed every goal we set out to. The friends we’ve made and people we’ve met along the way have truly changed our lives.

We’ve lost several very close loved ones this past year and it’s made us realize how life changes in an instant. Right now we need to focus on caring for our aging parents and spending time with our family. This life we are given is short, and we want to spend as much time with our loved ones as we can.

This is not the end of the EZ Steam Club…. Just the second chapter.
