The information requested is intended to provide assistance in the event of a medical emergency, to help us manage eligibility for discounts and provide appropriate offers including discounts for military, veterans, first responders and seniors.

We understand that personal information is sensitive. Information such as an email address and date of birth is voluntary and is not required simply to do business with us. 

Our minimum age requirement is 16 years old and only ask for additional information when it is useful for a specific purpose.

We are committed to keeping the information we collect to a reasonable minimum and using it responsibly. If you choose not to provide optional information, you can still do business with us; you simply may not receive certain personalized communications and benefits that depend on that information.

We appreciate the feedback and understand that transparency is important, especially for a small business. We will continue reviewing our practices to make sure we are collecting only what is reasonably necessary and making it clear what information is optional.
