Covid-19 Pandemic; Phase II Guidelines.

- Please call and make an appointment.
- If an appointment is scheduled; please call when you arrive and be sure you’re on time.
- We are currently on an appointment only process.

- When you come in please follow the following instructions;
- You are only allowed to bring yourself and no one else.
- Please bring a mask or we will provide you one.
- Sanitize your hand with the provided hand sanitizer before touching anything.
- If you did not bring a mask please use the one provided.
- Sign in and fill out our consent form.
- And proceed as directed from me or my staff.

- ATTN: Elderly and children; We advise very strongly. That you do not come. It is not that we don’t want to take care of you and them, it’s the fact that you both are more at risk for contracting Covid-19. And we genuinely worry. If you are not concerned and want to still come I can not stop you.

- We understand that you don’t like the mask and it is hard to breathe, we understand that it seems pointless to some people, we understand that you want to not have to follow the guidelines.
- But as a small business we have every right to refuse you service. We are following every rule and regulation from the NC Cosmetic Arts Board, CDC, OSHA, and state governed order. And if you refuse to follow we will refuse service.

- Please be kind and safe. There is no need for any sort of argument or disagreement.
