Long hair don’t count, if you’re ends look like this....please stop thinking stylist or scissor happy. This is my hair and it’s time for my trim. I don’t like it either, but it’s necessary for healthy hair.

We naturally lose hair with age. I’m seeing a lot of hair loss due to braids, traction alopecia, sew-ins, and lace front wigs etc.....it’s ok to wear the fad styles, but never forget to take care of your real hair! Some people don’t have a choice!!
