Has anyone else noticed that your hair looks and styles the best when you’re getting ready to wash it??? 🤣 Why is that!

I don’t have on a stitch of but a lady stopped me to tell me I was beautiful and how much she loved my hair. When she greeted me, it was like she knew me already and I greeted her back in the same manner because I wasn’t sure if we had met before.

We talked about my whole hair routine. She talked about challenges she was having. I gave her tips on products and techniques to try based on things that have worked for me as well as things that had not. But also let her know, what she was experiencing in her was normal. From woman to woman, we shared.

Sometimes, we just need someone to:
✨Listen
✨Take time Share
✨Be willing to help based on our mistakes or mishaps and,
✨To let us know, we’re not alone!

Don’t ever minimize the few mins you take to have a convo. You never know how much it will help you both. God uses those you know and you don’t know to confirm who you are and what you do!

Yesterday, I was scrolling through pics in my phone. I noticed how different my hair looked each year - style, color, length, type 😆… some I loved🧡, some I hated 😆
