Eat more fatty fish! 🐠
Fish is a great way to incorporate protein and healthy fat into your diet. Salmon is the perfect fish, which not only is a great source of protein and good fats, but also omega-3 fatty acids. 🐟
Studies have shown the benefits of eating more fish such as lower risk of heart disease, dementia, and depression. ♥️

Don't fear coffee!!
Coffee is actually healthy, despite what many thing!
Coffee is high in antioxidants. Studies have also linked coffee to longevity. It has also been linked to reducing the risk of type 2 diabetes, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's diseases.
Of course, everything should be consumed in moderation!
