The Spa at Optimum Bodyworks

We are so grateful to the Gaston Association of Business for the opportunity to participate in the Women Who Rock Award Ceremony! 💕

What an incredible evening celebrating the strength, passion, accomplishments, and resilience of so many inspiring women. It was truly empowering to be surrounded by such powerful women who continue to lead, inspire, and make a difference in our community.

As a spa, we believe in celebrating women, uplifting one another, and creating spaces where women can feel confident, valued, and empowered. 💗

❄️ TAKE THE PLUNGE — YOUR BODY WILL THANK YOU! ❄️

Have you tried the Plunge Cold Plunge at The Spa at Optimum Bodyworks?

Cold water immersion isn’t just about seeing how long you can handle the cold. It can be an incredible addition to your wellness and recovery routine.

🧊 BENEFITS OF COLD PLUNGING

💪 Helps soothe sore, tired muscles
🔥 Supports recovery after exercise and activity
🧘 Helps build mental & physical resilience
⚡ Can give you a natural boost in energy and alertness
😊 May support an improved mood
🩵 May help reduce temporary muscle soreness and inflammation
😴 May support relaxation and better sleep
🧠 Challenges you to control your breathing and stay calm under stress

And one of our favorite parts?

That feeling when you step OUT. 🙌

Your body warms back up, you feel awake, refreshed and accomplished—and suddenly those few cold minutes feel completely worth it.

At The Spa at Optimum Bodyworks, we use an actual Plunge® cold plunge, designed specifically for controlled cold-water immersion.

✨ You don’t have to be an athlete to cold plunge.
It can be for recovery, wellness, stress management—or simply challenging yourself to do something good for your body.

Are you brave enough to TAKE THE PLUNGE? 🧊

Cold-water immersion isn’t appropriate for everyone. Check with your healthcare provider if you have a medical condition or concerns.

🔥 MORE THAN JUST A SAUNA — IT’S A WHOLE-BODY WELLNESS EXPERIENCE 🔥

Have you experienced our Sunlighten Infrared Sauna with Red Light + Chromotherapy at The Spa at Optimum Bodyworks?

Unlike a traditional sauna that simply heats the air around you, infrared heat gently warms the body, creating a deeply relaxing experience while you unwind.

✨ BENEFITS OF INFRARED SAUNA
• Encourages deep relaxation and stress relief
• Promotes healthy circulation
• Helps soothe tired, tight muscles and joints
• Supports post-workout recovery
• Encourages sweating and the body’s natural cooling process
• May help support more restful sleep
• Provides a quiet space to unplug, reset and recharge

❤️ RED LIGHT
Our sauna’s red light adds another layer to your wellness session and is often used to support:
• Healthy-looking skin
• Cellular energy and recovery
• Muscle recovery
• Overall wellness

🌈 CHROMOTHERAPY
Choose from different colors of light to create the atmosphere that feels best for you. Chromotherapy can enhance the relaxation experience through calming, uplifting or soothing colors.

And one of the BEST parts?

You don’t have to share a crowded sauna with strangers. Our spa offers a peaceful, private wellness experience where you can truly relax.

🔥 HEAT. RELAX. RECOVER. RESET.

Pair your infrared sauna session with our steam shower and cold plunge for the complete Thermal Circuit experience.

Your body works hard for you every day. Give it a little time to recover. 💗
