Hi everyone! 💕 This is Sarah Kern at Copper West. I wanted to personally let you know that I’ll be leaving my job as a wax specialist at the end of this week. I'm sorry to say that all appointments with me taking place after September 17th will not be able to be fulfilled. Due to some personal circumstances, I’ve made the difficult decision that it’s time for me to move on.

This definitely wasn’t an easy decision, especially because getting to know and care for so many of you has been one of the best parts of my time at Copper West. I’m incredibly grateful for every appointment, conversation, laugh, and bit of trust you’ve given me over the time I’ve had at the salon.

I’m sorry that I won’t be able to continue seeing you, and I wanted you to hear the news directly from me. Thank you so, so much for supporting me and allowing me to be a small part of your lives. I’ll genuinely miss seeing you all! There will still be brow waxing at Copper West as our lovely stylist Nikki does a fabulous job as well! I can happily recommend to see her, she'll get you taken care of.
