That simple decision taught me one of the biggest lessons I've learned about health, mindset, and progress.

Apparently, picking up sod and carrying it across the yard in 90 degree temps while finishing up a 24 hour fast is pretty bad ass… or the definition of insanity!

Definitely leaning up. I’m getting in my protein…I’m not feeling weak, regardless of what some may think - as a matter of fact, I’m feeling pretty dang strong!
