Ever feel like your nervous system just can’t handle one more thing?

The constant running, the mental load, the stress that keeps building until you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and carrying it everywhere in your body.

Sometimes what you need is the chance to slow down, breathe, and give your body permission to finally relax.

Suzanne with Joyful Heart Massage has openings TODAY and specializes in relaxation massage, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and Reiki.

Message to grab a spot. Your nervous system will thank you.

Busy, blessed, and always happy to help.

My schedule may fill up quickly, but my door is always open to new and familiar faces. Never hesitate to reach out!

Exciting News!

Continuing education is something I’m truly passionate about, and I’m excited to share that today I completed advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage!

Alongside Amy of Reset Wellness & Massage and Jess of Restore by Jess, I expanded my knowledge of specialized Manual Lymphatic Drainage techniques designed to support the lymphatic system throughout the entire body.

Many of you may remember that Amy and I previously completed our Head, Face & Neck Lymphatic Drainage training. That focused specifically on techniques for the face, head, and neck. This newest training builds on that foundation by teaching specialized techniques that support healthy lymphatic flow throughout the whole body.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle technique that may help:

•Reduce swelling and inflammation
•Support post-surgical recovery (with physician approval)
•Encourage healthy lymphatic flow
•Promote the body’s natural removal of excess fluid
•Support immune and lymphatic system function
•Promote relaxation and overall wellness

I’m so grateful to continue learning alongside Amy and Jess. We all share the same goal, to continue growing our knowledge so we can provide the highest quality care to our clients here at Reset Wellness & Massage.

I can’t wait to bring this service to my clients! Stay tuned for more information about when it will be available, pricing, and who may benefit from Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

Thank you all for supporting me and trusting me with your care. It means so much to be able to continue learning and bringing new techniques back to our community.
