Exciting News!

Continuing education is something I’m truly passionate about, and I’m excited to share that today I completed advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage!

Alongside Amy of Reset Wellness & Massage and Jess of Restore by Jess, I expanded my knowledge of specialized Manual Lymphatic Drainage techniques designed to support the lymphatic system throughout the entire body.

Many of you may remember that Amy and I previously completed our Head, Face & Neck Lymphatic Drainage training. That focused specifically on techniques for the face, head, and neck. This newest training builds on that foundation by teaching specialized techniques that support healthy lymphatic flow throughout the whole body.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle technique that may help:

•Reduce swelling and inflammation
•Support post-surgical recovery (with physician approval)
•Encourage healthy lymphatic flow
•Promote the body’s natural removal of excess fluid
•Support immune and lymphatic system function
•Promote relaxation and overall wellness

I’m so grateful to continue learning alongside Amy and Jess. We all share the same goal, to continue growing our knowledge so we can provide the highest quality care to our clients here at Reset Wellness & Massage.
