Things I stopped doing as a Lash Tech 🚫 :

✨ 1. Specials every month. Maybe for special months or the business anniversary but every month is the easiest way to overwork yourself. Instead invest in a Loyalty Program. This helps with clientele retention as well.

✨ 2. No Booking Site / Booking through DMs - Having a booking site is beneficial to you and your clients. It provides convenience allowing them to schedule their own appointment. It also provides the flexibility to adjust / cancel their appointment.

✨ 3. Charging Late Fees - Instead of charging late fees I utilize the allotted time to complete the Set just make sure you always communicate that with your client.
