Well folks, we have a clear case of "Failure to Launch". The Cafe was starting to do well, However, the cafe and the profit margins are simply too small to carry the expenses for this entire building. We will re-launch the cafe and wine-bar once the Salon Spa space is leased out. I would like to thank everyone for their ongoing support as we try to navigate this bump in the road. This isn't a surrender flag. We are merely retreating, regrouping, and will give it another shot in the near future. The Artisan is offering our Salon-Spa area available for Lease. Located at "The Artisan" @ 21 South Broadway, Geneva Ohio. Cost dependent on negotiated lease terms. Newly renovated. All major equipment new and provided including 7 hair stations, 4 manicure stations, two shiatsu massage pedicure stations, two esthetist / massage rooms (one double and one single), retail area, Spa lounge with changing room, Color mixing area with utility sink, shared laundry room with commercial washer and dryer, additional room plumbed for automated spray tan booth or use it for other salon/spa services. Ample parking and wheelchair accessible. Space is under the same roof as The Artisan Cafe and Wine Bar which would provide a wonderful set of amenities to your salon/ spa patrons.
