Happy ☔️ Thursday! Even though it’s rainy and cold, let’s make today a good one, it all starts with mindset! Here is some insight into what I am currently doing to maintain my physique with all these “challenges” going on ....➡️
These pictures are saying TWO things- first- feeling good in my own skin and intuitively eating which I have been *working* on since this summer. Picture two- yes, that is some meal prep and YES they are 30 Days to Healthy Living Approved. I want to dispel the myth that you don’t eat- or starve yourself- or only eat shakes on this challenge ❌ false news PPL‼️ Know your facts 📚We happily eat whole, unprocessed foods, with shakes as easy/fast meals for on the GO that provide your body with vitamins and minerals, as well as 20g of vegan protein. Best of all, it is recommended that you BLEND MORE FOOD, fruits, veggies, and healthy fats with these shakes. It not only makes them filling, but nutrient dense and free of processed food groups. 🧐 sounds....pretty healthy right? Well that’s what this is all about! , and into the holidays going STRONG. 👏🏼🙌🏼

Some people think I am vegan because of my amazing Arbonne products, however, I am only vegan when it comes to my supplements! I eat allll the meat and protein I can find! Minus dairy🥛(sensitivity alert) it causes inflammation within my gut and shows up on my face ❌no fun! (Side note: humans were not made to consume dairy)
The reason I use vegan protein, vitamins, and pretty much all supplemental products you see me add to my diet are because they are PLANT 🌱 based and naturally sourced. This means they contain NO animal by-products, chemicals, additives or toxins ❌. I have learned at this point in my life all the harm eating added ingredients can cause my body. We are talking added refined sugars, red #3, #4, corn meal, corn syrup, yeast, etc. I can TRUST that my products are the best choice for anyone because we ban over 2200 chemicals within our products and have been named the #1 company for healthy living inside AND out in the US. Our foods contain ALL the natural vitamins, minerals, and herbs that are found in the earth and are not synthetically grown or added....See why I believe vegan is the best way to go when it comes to your health and supplements‼️⁉️
