✨ NEW at Wellness by Danielle: NeuralChek + BrainTap!
I’m so excited to (finally) introduce two tools that help us better understand and support how your body is functioning.
🧠 The NeuralChek scan first provides a quick snapshot of your health + how your systems are responding to stress.
🧘🏻♀️ We pair this with BrainTap, a guided meditation tool designed to help balance brain waves and support better sleep, recovery, and overall wellness.
We run the scan before your session, then have your scheduled service, followed by a BrainTap meditative journey. After, we'll review your scan results together in-depth!
→ Right now, I’m offering this experience (scan + meditative journey) one time for free for both new and existing clients, so if you're curious about what your body might be telling us, just ask at your next visit or call to schedule! 💜

Did you know that by the time you actually feel thirsty, you’re already dehydrated? 💦
Water plays a critical role in nearly every function of the body — regulating temperature, transporting nutrients, removing waste, lubricating joints, and supporting overall health. Without adequate hydration, our bodies simply cannot function optimally.
If you're looking to improve your hydration habits, here are a few simple tips:
💧 Add a dash of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt to your first glass of water each day to help your body absorb and utilize the water more effectively.
💧 Choose spring water over purified water, which naturally contains minerals that help nourish the body.
💧Need a little flavor? I love using Young Living Vitality Drops to make hydration easier and more enjoyable.
Small daily habits can make a big difference in your overall wellness.

A simple but powerful wellness shift to try: showering at night. 🚿
We often think of showers as just physical — a way to clean the body and move on. But throughout the day, we carry more than what we can see. Stress, tension, conversations, and energy all build up in the body, even if we don’t consciously notice it.
Taking a few moments to rinse the day away before bed can help your body release what it’s been holding onto — allowing your nervous system to settle and return to its natural rhythm.
It’s a small habit, but one that can support deeper rest, calmer sleep, and a more grounded sense of well-being. 💜
Pro tip: get a routine massage to support tension relief in the body! Book your next appt. at wellnessbydanielle.com 🫶🏼

Practitioner Spotlight: Don Plano ✨
Don is a Registered Yoga Teacher offering a gentle Hatha yoga practice rooted in the Kripalu tradition. His classes are designed for individuals who want to maintain flexibility, improve balance, and support overall mobility as they age.
The class begins with warm-ups that move the spine and gently stretch the body before practicing individual poses and simple flows. Each session concludes with a supported Savasana, allowing the body and mind to fully relax and integrate the benefits of the practice!
💜 Don teaches on Tuesdays at 9 am here at Wellness by Danielle. His class is currently full (which speaks to how much the community enjoys his approach!), so DM or email us to join the waitlist for this class time!
Spring is officially here! 🌞
This marks a major shift in seasons as it's a time when nature begins to awaken again.
Just like the natural world, our bodies benefit from moments of reset and renewal!
Massage therapy can help support circulation, reduce tension, and encourage the body’s natural detoxification processes as we transition into spring.
Consider it a seasonal reset for your nervous system. 🌿 Book now at wellnessbydanielle.com!

Yes — organic can cost more...but here’s the perspective shift: invest in healthier options now, or potentially pay the cost later in copays and chronic health support. 👀
There are several reasons why people choose to eat organic, but these are among the most common:
🫐 Reduced pesticide exposure
🫐 Environmental sustainability
🫐 No added antibiotics or hormones
🫐 Potential nutritional benefits
🫐 Taste + quality
Pro tip: shop with your local farmers + farmers markets! You can often shop organic for much less than grocery chains (and you support the farmer directly!)
One of the questions I’m asked most often is "Do your hands hurt from doing massage all day?”
Short answer: Nope! 😊
Body mechanics is everything. I use my whole body — not just my hands — to deliver effective and sustainable massage therapy.
I see an average of four clients per day (sometimes more, sometimes less). So honestly...the hardest part of my job is fitting everyone in. 💜
