This allows me to work with more support, balance and leverage. In this process joints are opened, muscles and tendons are stretched, internal organs are toned, nervous system moves into rest and relax and energy is balanced. The overall effect is one of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and physical and mental well being. Thai is an ancient modality thought to date back over 2000 years. Interesting, it is such an innovative way of working it feels quite modern & new age. I have studied with many teachers in the USA and in Thailand. I have 1000’s of hours of work experience. This allows me to tailor each session to what the person needs and wants from their session.

***After receiving a session , you should drink plenty of water. Take an epsom or sea salt soak (2+ cups) is also recommended to help with detoxification. A wonderful addition to a session is Thai Herbal Compress (LPK). Hand made in Thailand from freshly dried herbs, wrapped in balls of cotton muslin. The bundles are steamed to release essential oils and aromas. It is Aromatherapy, Thermal therapy and Herbal therapy all in one! When rolled directly onto the body it aids in stress relief, soothing sore aching muscles, reduvcing inflammation, exhaustion & other ailments.
