Her path to Isabella is one of our favorites. A summa cm laude graduate of Colgate University with degrees in History and Russian Studies, Karrie originally built a career in private equity executive recruiting before following her lifelong passion for skincare and makeup full-time in 2024. Neither Isabella nor William were ever seen or heard from again after that stormy night on Seneca Lake. The only sign of life from the castle was a lone light shining from the highest tower. And on clear nights, local fishermen have sworn they’ve seen two shadowy figures, happily holding hands, still walking the Belhurst grounds. 👻

From a theatre in 1880 London to the shores of Seneca Lake in Geneva, New York the legend of Isabella Robinson is one of love, courage, and a spirit that never fades.

That same spirit lives on in every massage room, every stylist’s chair, and every guest who walks through our doors. Isabella Spa is proud to carry her name and her legacy every single day.
