Let's talk New Year's Resolutions!
Every year at this time I set a long list of goals for myself, ranging from personal/family to business-related. I hang the list on the cork board on my wall and leave it there all year. I periodically check in with myself and see where I am in the process of my list. Of course I don't always hit every goal, but having that visual aid helps me stay on top of my list so I don't forget what I am working toward.
