Sometimes it means carrying the weight of their worries and struggles, holding space for their tears, frustrations, and triumphs. It's about being a trusted listener and offering comfort or congratulations when they need it most. But let me tell you, it's not always easy.⁠

As a hairstylist, I wear many hats. Part confidant, and part magician, creating beautiful transformations inside and out. I invest my time and energy into building genuine connections with our clients, which means being there for them in the highs and lows.⁠

I have been away from social media for months. Mostly because I have a love hate relationship with social media. I get wrapped up in the constant need for approval and (sometimes) inauthentic connection. But I LOVE meeting new people and staying connected with my wonderful clients!

I am a person who loves making genuine connection. I love listening and sharing stories.

What normally gets me in a better place is working with you, in this salon. I love how I can feel totally overwhelmed and completely in my head. Then, as soon as I start my day working on my wonderful clients… all of that goes away. I don't have time to think about the overwhelm because I get to be present and in the moment with you. ⁠

So, I just want to say thank you for being there for me, even though you probably didn't even know it. And I wholeheartedly hope that you leave the salon with the same feeling. Plus great hair!

I just realized I haven’t shown off my salon in a while! But…I am going in to redecorate tomorrow! So this is somewhat of a goodbye post.

One of my favorite things about this space is my board wall! I won’t be participating with that. I’m not doing a complete rehab. I will be adding more amenities to make your appointments even more enjoyable and tweaking several decor items.

This color transformation looks EXPENSIVE, right? Well I want to tell you a secret…Color like this is extremely low maintenance allowing you to only be in the salon 2 or 3 times a year. So in a calendar year, you are providing yourself more time and finical freedom outside of the salon.

Low maintenance blonde and balayage is actually my specialty. I want you to look fabulous! But, I also want you to feel confident in knowing your color will allow you more time between appointments; allowing you more time to budget accordingly… My personal motto is “I am frugal but I’m not cheap”. Many of my clients have taken on my mantra because they can relate on a personal level.

Contrary to internet culture... blonde hair is not "cheugy". 🙄 Blonde hair is more popular than ever. The trending blonde hair is warmer than in the recent past.⁠

"Warmer" tones mean copper, beige, golden, or red. I for so happy to see this trend! Here's why... warmer tones reflect light. Think about it, yellow, red, and orange are brighter than "cool" colors like blue and purple.⁠

‘s hair is a great example. You can see that her neutral-warm hair reflects light beautifully.

I have been getting more and more requests for red and copper hair! Today I want to quickly share hair. We have been consistently coloring her hair every 8ish weeks for over a year ⁠

The bonus to this tone is that it is relatively low maintenance. Just a refresh every couple of months...I mean, look at that shine! ⁠
