Today, I’m getting real with you-

2026 has been a year I decided to move forward-

Yep I felt stuck. I had several things I had put off that I wasn’t dealing with- gotta say 2025 was a year that brought some pretty significant trials.

2025 brought challenges that knocked us for a loop.

By God’s grace and mercy, by the time we got to 2026, we could look back and say “wow, that was a hard ride”!

2026 brought a time to move forward and make some choices that helped move away from those hard things- but choices I needed new strength to face!

Fears can be crippling and challenges can somehow convince us that we’re not in control. That we’re stuck.

Reckoning takes time and work, doesn’t it? Deciding to move forward is a work in itself!

I had to make some significant decisions about some dental work I needed (I have long had a crippling fear of the dentist) and a decision to address my overall health and physical struggles (insulin resistance, ever rising A1C, Hashimoto’s thyroid disease and obesity)

A few other things I had put off got added to the list as well.

It’s halfway into 2026 and I’m making progress- it takes time and mental energy to move forward, but I’m doing the work every day.

I’m still working my Limelife business and progressing slowly on this journey of moving forward.

I no longer feel stuck- it’s a state of becoming.

I had to decide, make a plan and then implement the plan. It helps to have a very supportive husband and partner in life but if that wasn’t the case, I still would make the choices!

Getting the SCOOP! We learn about new products to come, we learn about our new Holiday bundles that will come for holiday gift-giving, we are being trained on new products and techniques- SO much good info to bring back home to our clients & customers!

It’s an exciting time along with the time we get to spend together, hear from trainers- oh we have training this year from Celebrity Makeup Artist James Malloy too!

There’s recognition of hard work and stories we learn about behind the scenes stuff!

Something is happening and I can’t keep it to myself 👀

Hope anchors the soul; hope is the thing that draws our hearts back to our true center- the One who can always be depended on. There is NO wavering with our God.

He is steadfast& immovable- always the same.

He can be depended on when everything else seems shaky and unstable.

Yes HE is our Rock.

So if you’re feeling a bit shaky or uncertain, drop your anchor of hope and rest a bit. Rest in the certainty that He will never leave you or forsake you- He IS your Rock.
