Just a lil life update!!! I graduated from TSPA!! I couldn’t be more appreciative for all the educators and students I met along the way and to each person who helped me get to this point. If you know me personally then you do understand how hard it was for me to get through this but I can now proudly say I did! If there’s one thing I want each girl behind me to remember is that no matter what’s going on in your life just keep pushing and keep doing this for yourself, don’t try to prove anyone anything but prove to yourself that you are worth it and you can do it! I just wanna say a huge lesson you learn in cosmetology school & the cosmetology industry is that your job is changing people’s lives wether it’s just changing their looks or even making them feel more beautiful just by a simple service. However sometimes those people change your life. This little girl came in and had some pretty bad tangles and some pretty matted hair along with a really tender head but instead of letting her sit there during her comb out focusing on her hair being brushed we got close and started to play some games and just connect. Shelby left the night after her service with a super cute cut extremely happy. I will forever be changed by that night seeing how much we bonded and becoming best friends. Shelby and her mom then returned the night after and brought a gift for us girls who she got close with for Christmas, she even made us cute cards. At the end of the day I will always look back at this moment to help me push through the hard days and hard times and y’all should too just think about how much we can change someone’s life just buy our service.
