It’s all about the outer layer, the cuticle, and the texture! Let me break it down for you! 👇👇

✨ Low Porosity: ever wonder why some lashes refuse to stick? It’s those smooth, glossy, almost oily lashes. Try using a primer to help balance the lash.

✨Medium Porosity: They have a slight texture to them. As a lash artist you will encounter these the most. To get a better retention, try using a primer for these.

✨High Porosity: these will grab those lash extensions ⚡️ fast. They might look a little dull or lighter. Damaged lashes with rough cuticles will usually be high porosity, same as those chemically treated. Be careful with these lashes and try using a serum to bring nutrients back to the lash.
