Things your wedding hair & makeup team want you to know...
1. Clean, dry hair is non-negotiable
Freshly washed (the night before), fully dried, no heavy oils, no flat iron touch-ups. Product buildup and oil make styling harder — not better.
2. Your skin determines 70% of your makeup result.
Hydrated, gently exfoliated (days before, not the night before), and properly moisturized skin makes makeup sit beautifully. There is no foundation that fixes neglected skin.
3. Inspiration photos are guidance.
Lighting, filters, bone structure, and editing change everything. We customize looks to your features, dress, venue, and overall aesthetic.
4. Timing matters more than you think.
Starting late creates stress. Buffer time protects you. A well-paced glam schedule keeps your energy calm and your photos on track.
5. Lips require maintenance and touchups.
Plan to reapply. Gloss & lipstick transfers when you’re eating, sipping champagne, kissing, and talking all night.
6. Makeup sits on skin and skin has texture.
Fine lines, smile lines, under-eye creases and they are completely normal. Makeup does not erase movement or texture. It enhances and evens tone, but it will settle into natural expression lines because your face moves.
7. Trust elevates the outcome.
If you’re unsure what you want, that’s okay — but clarity helps us serve you better. When you trust your team, the result is cohesive, elevated, and uniquely you.
We intentionally build for longevity and photography. The goal is radiant, lifted, and polished not filtered or frozen.

Wedding week prep doesn’t need to be overwhelming
In fact, the biggest mistakes we see usually come from over-prepping, trying new products, adding extra treatments, or doing too much the night before.
Balanced skin and properly prepped hair give us the best foundation for long-lasting, natural bridal glam.
