Relax Away with AJ was born from survival… and rebuilding.

Walking through life with a TBI and PTSD while raising two incredible ASD kiddos forced me to learn what true nervous system care really means. I couldn’t just push through anymore. I had to heal differently. Intentionally. Consistently.

I searched. I studied. I invested in the tools that helped regulate my body and mind as well as my babies and slowly, strength came back.

This space was built from that journey.

And now, I want to share it with you. I want to help you heal and relax.
