If you’ve never done a meditation with the singing bowls we 100% recommend going!! And if you’re not sure about it, please go visit Lucyja Hygge the next time you’re in midtown. They’ve got a lovely little store and the owners are wonderful. We will definitely be going back!!

We did a little self care today

Now we’re relaxed and breathing well going into the holidays!!!
