Looking for a Forever Home for Mia 🐾

Meet Mia, a sweet and lovable 3-year-old Blue Tick Coonhound who’s in need of a loving home. Due to her current owners’ upcoming move, they are unable to take her with them. Mia is full of energy, so she would do best with someone who has the time and space to help her burn off that energy and keep her happy.

She’s incredibly affectionate and is the kind of dog who loves to run, play, and stay busy! Because she has a lot of energy to burn, she would do best in a home where she can get plenty of exercise and attention. She also experiences some anxiety, so a calm, structured environment with no other pets or kids would be ideal for her. Ideally, her new family would include someone who works from home or has flexibility to spend time with her, as she loves companionship and does best with a calm, consistent routine.

She’s fully potty trained, but still learning her basic commands. Mia needs a patient owner who is willing to invest the time to continue her training. She may be a little rough around the edges, but with the right care and guidance, we know she’ll make an amazing companion.

While Mia can be a bit reactive at times, we believe it’s because she hasn’t had the proper training and attention she deserves. With the right care, she’ll grow into an even more amazing companion. She’s a high-energy dog who needs guidance and love to reach her full potential.
