This is because we stay fully booked and anything after 7 minutes puts our waxer’s whole day behind. We do require a credit card on file in order to book your appt. If you don’t feel comfortable keeping a card on file you can walk in for an appointment at anytime. We can’t guarantee a wait time but we will always get you taken care of. We do charge 50% of the service if you are a no call no show or if you cancel last minute. Our waxers time is extremely important to us, we have a wait list almost everyday.
