Here’s one of my favorite ways to enjoy my syrup in the summer ☀️

Elderberry Lemonade

• 2 cups cold water
• Juice of 4 lemons (about half a cup)
• 2 to 3 tablespoons elderberry syrup
• Honey or extra syrup to taste
• Ice and fresh lemon slices

Stir the lemon juice, water, and elderberry syrup together in a pitcher. Sweeten to taste, pour over ice, and garnish with lemon slices. Refreshing, a little tart, and the prettiest shade of pink.
