One year ago today, during our soft opening, we welcomed our very first Be Still member.
Mike Shearin, retired Deputy Chief of the Memphis Police Department, has been coming to Be Still almost every day since.
So many of the people who walk through our doors spend their lives serving and caring for others. We believe they deserve a place where, even for a little while, they can slow down, take care of themselves, and simply be still.
Mike, thank you for trusting us from day one. We’re incredibly grateful for the privilege of serving you—and all of our members—each and every day.
