My care philosophy
I want every patient who walks through my door to feel completely safe and truly heard. My goal is to create a space where every person is seen as a whole; not just a diagnosis or a set of symptoms.
My faith is a very big part of who I am, and that shapes everything about how I show up. You don’t have to talk about it for people to feel it, the way you live your life should be evident. For me, that means leading by example: meeting every patient with patience, presence, and the kind of care that says, you matter here.
I learned at a very early age how similar we all are, even if we don’t speak the same language or share the same features. At the core, we’re all more alike than different; and that perspective stays with me in every appointment. I’m always honored when patients tell me they appreciate how I take my time and truly listen to them. But honestly, that level of care shouldn’t feel rare or exceptional. It should be the standard. I know what it’s like to leave an appointment feeling like nothing was resolved, and I work hard every single day to make sure my patients never feel that way with me.
My passion is preventative and root-cause medicine. It’s figuring out the “why” behind the symptom that you’re having; and let’s figure out how to treat that, instead of just prescribing medications that treat the symptoms. I want to understand why your body is presenting the way it is and work toward fixing the underlying issue.
Being in-person matters deeply to me for this reason. There is so much of the clinical picture that comes from directly observing a patient, a layer of connection and communication that a screen simply can’t replace.
