Dry brushing is known to help the body release toxins through sweat. Since dry brush bristles are coarse, they stimulate the pores and open them up. This makes it easier for the body to sweat, and reduces the amount of toxins flowing through the lymphatic system. If you are an ultra-sensitive chronically-ill person, dry brushing is a gentle method to begin waking up the lymphatic system without herbal supplements, infrared saunas, and/or other stimulatory methods.

Tips for Dry Brushing:
-Start dry brushing from your feet to your head.
-Make sure your skin is completely dry when dry brushing.
-Brush with long motions, not short.
-Use light pressure to dry brush, hard pressure may cause excessive redness.
