Here’s the schedule for this week. I’m adding a sound bath Tuesday night.

I do a sound bath once a month in my in-home studio.
It’s coming up Tuesday, September 8 at 7:30pm.

The pelvic floor is part of the Root Chakra which helps us feel grounded, stable and supported. This is the energy center for survival, courage, and resourcefulness.
When the pelvic floor is feeling off or struggling for whatever reason, you might be feeling emotions related to being unsupported, insecure, unworthy, not feeling good enough, overflowing with emotions, difficulty giving and receiving.
Affirmations:
I am safe and grounded.
I am important and can give and receive easily.
My body holds wisdom I can trust.
I am safe in my body and protect my own boundaries.

Every month I do one Saturday morning class. It’s coming up September 5th at 8:45 AM.
The drop in fee is $15 per person. You can also use your Class package.
