Spoiler alert: it’s not just a one-and-done situation. For the best results, you should actually shampoo twice. Lather, rinse, repeat, then condition!

Why? Many of us are using gentle "natural" or color-safe shampoos that do wonders for our hair but may struggle with oily scalps or dry shampoo build-up—especially if you've been stretching out washes.

Pro Tips:
• Shampoo Amount: Use a quarter-sized amount of shampoo, emulsify in your hands until it turns white before applying for maximum effectiveness!
• Conditioner: Smaller is better! If you find yourself needing a palmful just to detangle, it might be time to reassess the product you’re using.
