One of my biggest goals for me and all my clients this year is to have the healthiest hair possible. Here’s some of my favorite tips to get started✨
1. Use professional products that are designed for your needs. You all know by now that UNITE Hair] is my favorite because they have products for every different hair type/concern. If you don’t know where to start with products you can always message me and I can help you get on a good routine💓
2. Food. One of the most under rated ways to healthy hair is through your diet. Make sure you’re getting healthy fats, carbs, and proteins!
3. Less heat + good quality heat tools. I have been able to keep my hair healthy while using heat multiple times a week by using the best curling iron () at a low temperature with heat protectant. Be careful with things like blow dry brushes and flat irons because a lot of times they are too hot and rough for hair.
4. Sleep with a silk pillowcase. I started this last year and it made a HUGE difference in my hair and skin. You can get them on Amazon for cheap!
5. Last but definitely not least, oil your hair with a high quality hair oil every. single. day. This one is so so important. Your hair needs moisture, especially living in AZ. My favorite is the UNITE Hair] blonda oil!

Blonde does not equal high maintenance. This client only gets her hair lightened 2-3 times a year and it still looks so bright. If you maintain your hair in between with good products and come in for regular toners your hair can look like it’s always freshly done.
