Did you know you can schedule a 30 minute yoga nidra/meditation after your massage so that you can still bask in that post massage zen?
Ask me about adding this to your session time.

My class learned this dance awhile ago, but its time to bring it back out and practice it again.

Did you know one of the most popular moves in line dance choreography is called the grapevine?

Physically, the grapevine (also known as a carioca step) is a lateral movement used in physical therapy and dance. It improves your balance, builds lower-body muscle strength, and increases joint mobility by working the hips in various planes of motion.

Some days even breathing feels like tremendous work. The world around us feels heavy, our own personal universe feels too complicated to navigate. We feel as though we are trying to stand on our heads and are running in place at the same time.

Perhaps your bodynis.trying to.tell you to not just mentally shift your perspective, but physically do so as well. Try an inversion. Do a hand stand, lie with your legs up the wall or even this simple slight inversion can help.

Inversion—whether through gravity-defying yoga postures or mechanical inversion tables—reverses the body's natural gravitational pull. This upside-down positioning offers significant therapeutic, physical, and mental advantages.

Enhanced Focus & Mood: The influx of blood to the brain is highly energizing and helps improve mental clarity, focus, and concentration.

Nervous System Regulation: Gentle inversions, such as legs-up-the-wall, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to reduce symptoms of anxiety, stress, and fatigue.

(Always consult your doctor before beginning any type of inversion program)
Note: Before beginning an inversion regimen, consult with a doctor, especially if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, or a history of heart issues. For spinal therapy, experts suggest starting with short, 1-to-2 minute sessions on a mechanical table or guided yoga prop to let your body acclimate.
