We’ll go over your complete health background, menstrual or menopausal history, stress levels, current medications, and any previous hormone therapy (if applicable).

If appropriate, we’ll order a comprehensive blood panel to assess key hormone levels, including:

Estrogen, progesterone, testosterone

Lab work is essential to designing a precise, personalized plan.

✅ 4. Education & Options
We’ll explain:
