Aesthetician reminder… coming from someone who also struggles with posture daily 👀🤍

I spend so much time working on clients at Sacred Beauty or looking down on my phone/ laptop, and I’ve had to become way more mindful of how posture affects not just the body—but the face too.

Poor posture and constantly looking down can contribute to neck lines over time from repetitive folding of the skin. It may also affect circulation and lymphatic flow, which can make puffiness and dark under eyes appear more noticeable.

Daily habits matter - such as being mindful about your posture, stretching, practicing yoga/face yoga etc…
