100 lbs lost. Here's what it actually feels like, in the moments that don't show up on a scale :
✈️ Buckling my seatbelt on a plane without asking for an extender - and feeling the quiet relief of that moment wash over me.
🥗 Choosing well while traveling because the habits are real now, not forced.
⚡ Having the energy to actually keep up with my kids. Because having littles is one thing, but teens and grown kids need a different kind of energy.
🚙 Fitting comfortably into a Jeep seat and being fully present for a family moment instead of lost in my own head about how I felt.
👗 Putting on a size 6 dress. The woman who wore a size 22 is still in here, but she's healing. And I am so proud of her.
💃 Dancing with my daughter on camera and staying in it. Not hiding but showing up (and actually enjoying every single second!)
The scale is a tool. It is not my whole story. It has never been my whole story.
