So grateful for this lady and our journey together so far! 2 months post op visit with and we are doing good!! I’m not just happy with the noticeable results, but with the return of function and pain-free movement!!! She said a lot of my success could stem from my intensive and intentional work done before surgery! I’m an open book when it comes this procedure and I realize it’s not for everyone, but if you have questions let me know! And I highly suggest if you are looking for some great care!!

Got to spend some one-on-one time with our oldest and the BIGGEST little Sun’s fan I know. He had a blast and we got to pretend we had an only child. The big MVPs are our kids’ grandparents that always are there to babysit! @ Phoenix Suns

I’m back at it! Working out daily and feeling great! I’m actually finding moments this week when I FORGET I had surgery! So grateful for this journey and the strength I’m feeling each day!

You can’t see it, but I got my braces on today! They’re invisible! ;) Super grateful to start this journey to a brighter smile in 2020 with !

Welcome to 2020! I hope you feel the excitement and wave of possibilities a new year and new decade bring like I always do.

I love fresh starts, the idea that you can be something new, start something new, forget the past and try again!

I have loved New Years resolutions for as long as I can remember, for as long as my dad would turn to me every New Years after midnight and say, “Today is the first day of the rest of your life.” I love setting goals and achieving them. I love challenging myself and love GROWTH!

The last two New Years I’ve battled postpartum depression, constant lack of energy, motivation and drive and an overall struggle with knowing who I am and what I really want out of life. I don’t think I’m alone in this as I was a stay-at-home mom to three under three during this time.

Now, I’m ready to “realign” myself. To not weigh myself down with lofty expectations, but instead, take a good look at what I’m presently doing, and figure out how I can make that slightly better and how I can reflect my priorities with my actions, not just words.

This process will take some deep introspection, some time and some really hard work. It might mean I let some people down or release a commitment or two. It might mean I do things that are out of my comfort zone. I love that...

Happy 8 year anniversary to my hubby, my lover, my best friend! It’s been a decade reunited and every day has been an adventure! I can’t wait to see what the next ten years has in store for us! To sum up the last: 10 different homes, 3 kids, 2 dogs, 3 fish, two continents, tons of trips, 1 deployment, numerous job changes, geez...if our life is this exciting for the next ten years I have no clue what our lives will be like! All I know is I love you to the moon and back. I’m so grateful to have you as my partner through all of it! @ Gilbert, Arizona
