We’re Shannon & Sharlene, twin sisters and the owners of The Valley Massage & Skincare in Gilbert, AZ. 🌵
We’ve been offering massage therapy in California and now here in Arizona for nearly 18 years and esthetics and skincare for 8 years. We absolutely love what we do! 💖
We created The Valley Massage and Skincare to help women feel better in their bodies and more confident in their skin. Our favorite work is helping with the areas that tend to carry the most stress and tension. The neck, shoulders, upper back, jaw and face. While also helping our clients care for their skin and age beautifully through holistic skincare. ✨

So, what is Intra-oral (Buccal) massage anyway? "Intra-oral" just means inside the mouth. Buccal massage is a specialized technique that works with the muscles of the cheeks, jaw and surrounding facial muscles from both the outside and inside of the mouth.

This focused 60-minute treatment targets the neck, shoulders, face, jaw and scalp.
This session includes gloved Intra-Oral/Buccal Massage to relieve deep tension inside the mouth, complemented by massage therapy techniques that address jaw pain and upper body tension to alleviate clenching, headaches, shoulder pain and more. The intra-oral work (inside the mouth) is between 7-10 minutes.
