Massage works by reducing muscle tension, lowering inflammation, and calming neural sensitivity in the cervical region. Muscles like the traps, SCM, and levator scapulae are common culprits and exactly what I’m working on here.

After running a successful massage practice in California for 10 years and moving her business, The Valley Massage and Skincare to Arizona, she has built a reputation for providing thoughtful, results-driven care with a focus on upper body therapeutic massage.
Her expertise includes working with chronic neck and shoulder tension, headaches and stress-related tightness through skilled therapeutic work. Sharlene is known for combining therapeutic precision with a calming, restorative experience designed to help clients function at their best.
