9 months and still going on my GL🫛…

A great tool that’s helping so many and my journey on it.

9 months in and I’m still going. I believe it’s a great tool to use if you’re stuck like I was or not. There’s so many benefits to using it whether you use a micro amount or you need more for weight loss.

I’ve had minimal side effects, which everyone is different ..

I will say you do have to put in the work for ideal results. Watch what you eat, drink enough, even minimal exercise is better than none.

Wow 6 months!

It’s been 6 months since starting my G L P journey and I’m so happy I decided to get on with the program.

I know it’s not for everyone, but for me I exhausted all that I had by working out and eating the right macros.

I believe that in this midlife moment we have to learn how to keep moving forward and ask, do your research with so many obstacles that we have going through.

I did start HRT before even considering this as well because finding out certain levels of hormones could be the balance you need.

But with all that the scale kept going up and I wasn’t feeling good physically and mentally. I didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin.

Now I’m feeling so much better, a little more confident and ready to keep going with the program. I’ve lost a total of 20.4lbs so far being on this tool, eating within my macros, lifting weights and walking.

We can feel good about ourselves .. we don’t have to suffer! Get your hormones checked! Learn to fuel your body properly and move your body..

This is definitely a journey.

I’m coming up on the six-month mark, and I’m still learning more about myself every single week. I’m proud of my patience, and overall I’m genuinely happy with this process… but let’s be honest — sometimes we get in our heads and want results faster. We want more scale victories. We want constant proof.

The reality? On a G L P, the scale wins come and go. This week the scale is up — but my clothes are fitting looser. And that matters.

I also know I switched up my foods a bit, added in some saltier options, and wasn’t as consistent with what I normally stick to. That awareness is part of the journey too.

Sometimes “boring” is actually the secret. I hear it from so many trainers — when you know your macros and you know what works, stick to it. Consistency over excitement.

I’ve already signed up and received my next three months, so we’re not done yet. This journey is still unfolding… and we’re going to keep going. 💪

I can’t believe it’s been 20 weeks using this incredible tool.

As an overthinker, it took me a while to make the decision—but I’m so glad I did.

The reduction in inflammation alone has made such a difference in how I feel in my own body. That constant belly bloat that never seemed to budge? Finally gone.

I continue to do the work—being mindful of my calories and protein, staying consistent with movement—while using a G L P as a supportive tool. When you pair it with proper nutrition and exercise, it can truly help you feel better, not just smaller.

Everyone’s journey looks different, and comparison has no place here. Progress happens at its own pace. For me, that means 17 pounds down and 25 more to go—and I’m proud of every step forward.
