This beauty decided to try highlights. Full highlights, and a haircut with some long layers. For once I remembered to take a photo before I curled it. It turned out beautifully.

A little toner, a root touch up, & a trim. 🥰

This sweet client was ready for a color refresh and a healthy cut.

Hair extensions can change the whole look for someone with finer hair.

New client. She was given a visit to the salon for Christmas. Oh, if only we all could be so lucky. This gal has long hair, is a natural medium blonde & gets her hair done roughly once a year. She was good with cutting off 6-8” of length and focusing on her darker new growth. It turned out beautifully. My pictures & lighting are not showcasing how pretty this blonde really is in person.

Time for a refresh. This beauty was ready to take her hair shorter and add in some low lights. While it’s hard to tell in her before she was a lighter blonde with a good amount of grow out. We did a full foil, one highlight to one lowlight.

This beauty is in recovery mode, roughly five months ago she had highlights done that caused extensive breakage to her hair…then she found me. Our first visit I set her up with k18 and a new hair topper to get her thru the holidays. We have had a few baby trims over the past three months and we are beginning to experiment with subtle lowlights during her grow back phase. Anything to soften her gray and bring a little warm color back in without causing more damage or overwhelming her. Navigating a natural color change is hard enough without having a hairstyle you never asked for. We’ll get her back to the longer lob style that she feels most comfortable with.

It’s been a while since this client has done vivid colors. She was wanting to do a bit of purple & dark pink for Valentine’s Day. Interestingly the two colors had very subtle differences at the finish but I suspect after a couple of shampoos there will be more of a noticeable color shift. I used mydentity for this alternating in purple raven and pink possession/heartbreaker.

This gal could not be more fun and what a transformation. We decided to experiment with extensions and balayage effect with red hues. I always get a bit nervous when we do things backwards. She purchased her own extensions so my job was to attempt to color match her hair to the extensions and not using any lightener. It’s easier to color the hair and then order the extensions but 🤷🏻‍♀️
Thankfully she is open to experimenting and change. She loves red and has been growing her hair out enough to try extensions again.

It was a joy to work with one of my dearest friends. We did a partial foil, a trim with added face framing, gray root touchup and a style.

It’s amazing what a toner/color gloss can do. This was a new client needing a quick fix while her stylist is out on maternity leave. She has lovely natural wave so we experimented some with curly products & a diffuser.
