💳 Booking:
A card on file or a non-refundable retainer (50% of your service) is required to secure your appointment.

⏰ Cancellations:
Things come up — I get it! But please note:
•Less than 24-hour notice: 50% of the service price will be charged.
•No-shows: 100% of the service price will be charged.
Fees must be paid in order to rebook and future appointments will be paused.

💬 Communication:
If your appointment isn’t confirmed within 24 hours of your scheduled time, it may be canceled to open space for another client.

🕒 Lateness:
Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in loss of service and fee.

These policies are in place to respect MY time and YOURS — and to keep things fair for everyone.
