Hello September!

We are a little behind, but we are so ready to step into this new season with you. At Yoga Gals Space, we invite you to “Come as you are” and join us on the mat. 🍁

We have an incredible group of teachers guiding us this month. We are so excited to welcome Jessie and Karen back to the studio, and we are thrilled to give a warm welcome to our newest instructor, Shannon! 💚

* Fall Equinox Celebration: Tuesday, September 22nd. Join Lisa and Brittany for gentle movement, breathwork, and sound as we honor the balance of day and night.
* Supreme Release Yoga Workshop: Saturday, September 26th at 10am. We are honored to host special guest Ruth Middleton for this transformative session.

September is a beautiful time to slow down and connect. As we transition from summer’s outward energy to autumn’s inward focus, let’s practice gratitude, release what no longer serves us, and embrace the balance of light and dark.

Good news: we will be continuing our outdoor yoga sessions for as long as we can! We’ll be keeping a close eye on the weather and hope to enjoy the fresh air with you for as long as the season allows.

Massage isn't for a specific type of body, massage is for EVERY BODY.
If you have been postponing taking care of your body because you feel you aren't the right size, shape , gender , etc. Please let that go. As therapists we work on a wide array of people with a wide array of body types and with a wide array of needs.
