Join us this month for early morning, midday, or evening classes designed for all levels! Our teachers provide variations to ensure everyone feels welcome. 🌼

🌳Monday: Outdoor Yoga w/ Yoga Gals Team in the Gardens from 6-7 PM all summer long!

🌞Tuesday: Start your day with Mindful Mornings at 5 AM! Plus, join us for Gentle Yoga on the 7th & 21st at 11:30 AM.

🌊 Wednesday: Dive into Vinyasa Flow at 12:10 PM and Soul at 6 PM.
🌕 Full Moon Inspired Sound Shower on July 29th at 6 PM.

🌅 Thursday: Enjoy Soft Flow at 5:15 AM for a refreshing 45-minute session.

🔥 Friday: Get your heart racing with Heated Yoga Sculpt on July 10th, 24th, and 31st! Strengthen your body while having fun!
