Sanctuary Massage and Wellness

Over the years, I’ve realized that what happens in my treatment room is about so much more than massage.

Yes, I help relieve pain and tension. But I also witness what our bodies hold onto… stress, grief, burnout, overwhelm, and the weight of simply carrying too much for too long.

My goal has never been to offer a massage that feels good for an hour. It’s to create a space where your nervous system can finally exhale, your body feels safe enough to let go, and you leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more like yourself.

Because of that, I’ll soon be introducing a new signature healing experience alongside my therapeutic massage sessions. This will be a more personalized, in-depth session for those looking for deeper restoration and nervous system support.

If you’re one of my current clients, don’t worry. Your existing session options and pricing aren’t going anywhere. This is simply a new offering for those who are looking for a different level of care.

I wasn’t planning on creating anything this week.

But after the past couple of days, I realized how many women are walking around feeling off, exhausted, or tense… and not really understanding why.

We push through it.

We tell ourselves we’ll rest later.

And then eventually, our body forces us to stop.

That cycle is more common than people think.

And I see it all the time in my work.

So I put together something simple.

It’s called The Sanctuary Reset.

It walks you through:

• how to recognize early signs your body is starting to struggle
• what to do in that moment before things escalate
• and how to support your nervous system in a way that actually helps

Nothing complicated.

Just practical steps you can come back to when your body feels off.

I also included the breathing prayer I use when my own body is overwhelmed.
